Magnificent! This book is about a journey toward love. Lycan Contempt is the seventh book in the Lycan Series by S. K. Yule. The story had a lot of very believable elements that made it authentic and very well written. It’s very apparent the author spent some time on her research before writing the story.
Kish is an alpha male who has been hurt by all the shallow women he has been involved with in the past. Kish has a lot of insecurities when it comes to his looks. He has very good manners. Without them he would have never met Georgia. At first smell, Kish realizes Georgia is his mate. And Georgia has a very charming personality. She speaks her mind without being rude. She does not feel sorry for herself because of her disability or even use it as a crutch.
The journey that Kish and Georgia undertake to embrace the love that they feel for each other is very emotional. You can almost see chemistry between Georgia and Kish. They are very well matched. The sex scenes between the two are so hot it’s almost off the charts.
Overall this is a great book. I liked that even though I have not read the prior six books in the series I was not lost in the least. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books!
