Ayila grew up on the Zonian matriarchal planet, and it was expected of her that she should go out in space and conquer a male to get pregnant. Jaro, Tren’s brother – Alien Abduction Book 1 – was the perfect specimen in Aylia’s eyes. She started her quest by observing his warrior prowess, and had no trouble capturing him and getting what she wanted. There was one thing she had not taken into consideration, though, and that was that her heart might make her want her to keep him. Jaro at first was greatly amused by Aylia, but he also knew he neverwanted to be anybody’s slave – not even the sexy little warrior who seemed to be of the same species as Megan, his brother’s mate.
Eve Langlais's INTENTIONAL ABDUCTION is not taking any prisoners. Aside from the fact Aylia has to make Jaro her prisoner in order to start her matriarchal line and make her Zonian family proud. As soon as Aylia spots Jaro, she knows he is the male she wants to father her first daughter. She does what her Zonian sisters do best – follows him, kidnaps him, and has her way with him. Only the fact that his space ship is attacked makes her plan derail. Or was it Jaro’s taunting ways that made her untie him? As soon as the fight is over, he tries to turn the tables on her, and they fight, make up, and get separated. Jaro’s new quest is to get her back…
Both the story and the characters had me hooked from the first line, I loved the switched gender-roles on Aylia’s planet, and how she had to deal with males elsewhere in the universe who were not used to women being the strongest gender.
The story is fast-paced, funny and filled with sexy meetings between the couple.
There is lots of hilarious dialogue as well: ‘It doesn’t matter how it happened. We need to get him back.’ ‘Well obviously, we do, but since when do you care about our cousin?’ ‘I don’t but it seems only right in case I am carrying his child that I save his sorry purple carcass. I might still have use of him if his seed doesn’t take.’ I was laughing out loud; making people around me wonder what I was reading!
Both Jaro and Aylia were extremely stubborn, and neither wanted to be the first to admit to their attraction toward the other. I thoroughly enjoyed reading INTENTIONAl ABDUCTION for the story and the smoking hot sensual scenes. A must-read for all erotica-fans, Eve Langlais has done it again, entrapping her readers and leaving them wanting more.
